What does Aurora's Destination sell?
Aurora’s Destination is a nature-inspired clothing and lifestyle brand. We sell a wide range of items including handmade clothing, workwear, glass tumblers, UV-printed designs, and iron-on prints for DIY fashion lovers. Everything is designed with comfort, creativity, and inclusivity in mind.
Do you offer custom or personalised items?
Yes! We love making pieces that feel personal. Whether it’s a name on a design, custom sizing, or something special for a gift — just reach out! We’ll always do our best to bring your idea to life.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer inclusive sizing from newborn up to adult 6XL. If you need something custom-fit or tailored differently, we’re happy to help — just drop us a message.
Can I just buy the designs without buying new clothes?
Yes! We’re proud to be the only brand that sells our unique designs separately, so you can iron or press them onto your favourite clothes at home. It’s affordable, eco-friendly, and completely customisable.

What inspires your designs?
Our designs are inspired by nature, joy, and good vibes. Think wildflowers, mushrooms, trees, and uplifting energy — all captured in comfy clothing and lifestyle goods made to make you smile.
Are your products sustainable?
We care deeply about the planet. Many of our items are made from eco-conscious materials, and we offer ways to upcycle old clothes using our prints — reducing waste and making fashion fun again.
Are all sales final?
Yes! All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, so if you're unsure of what size to get drop me a message.
When will my order be on it's way?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, but during busier times, it may take up to 12 business days before your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
It's unlikely as it's not just me here, people who help me pack orders will just pay what's on the list. But you can always drop me a message and I'll see what I can do. Please double check your shipping address and cart before checking out!
What if my order is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll happily resend it but the shipping cost will need to be repaid.
Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, it's out of my hands. You'll get notified once your order leaves me. If your order doesn't arrive, you'll need to reach out to your local postal service.
Aurora's Destination is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs charged at delivery. If a package is declined and returned to us, you’ll be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
What size should I get?
Each product listing includes a size chart or measurements in the listing. Email me at aurorasdestination@gmail.com if you're stuck and I'll be happy to help!
How do I care for my apparel?
Turn apparel inside out, wash on cold, and air dry. Clothing comes with care instructions on a free uplifting print for you to keep too.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Every order is handmade with care, and we aim to process orders within 3 business days. During busy periods (like launches, holidays, or market weeks), please allow up to 12 business days for your order to be made and packed. Custom orders and bulk orders may be longer.
Business days are Monday to Friday and don’t include weekends or bank holidays.
Shipping Times & Tracking
Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email to say your order has been dispatched. You should also receive a tracking number too.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We use trusted carriers to make sure your parcel gets to you safely.
Double-Check Your Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for covering the cost to reship.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
Once your parcel is handed to the courier and scanned in, it’s in their hands. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping provider directly first for the fastest help.
We’re always happy to assist where we can, but we aren’t liable for issues caused during transit.
International Orders
Yes — we ship worldwide! 🌍
Please be aware that customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. If you decline a package or it’s returned to us, we’ll refund the item cost, minus the original shipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your order — every piece is made with care just for you. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
🛍️ Made-to-Order Items
Because most of our products are handmade to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size choices, or personal preference.
Please double-check size guides and product details before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit!
🧵 Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in everything we make, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — whichever works best for you. Please include a clear photo and description of the issue to help us sort it quickly.
If your order is damaged in transit, you'll need to speak to your postal service.
↩️ Exchanges
We can offer exchanges in limited cases, such as if the wrong item was sent. Exchanges for different sizes or styles are not available due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
🌍 International Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for international orders at this time unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
🕒 Timeframes
Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery if there’s a problem with your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for returns or exchanges to be considered.
