We want you to love your order — every piece is made with care just for you. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
🛍️ Made-to-Order Items
Because most of our products are handmade to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size choices, or personal preference.
Please double-check size guides and product details before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit!
🧵 Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in everything we make, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — whichever works best for you. Please include a clear photo and description of the issue to help us sort it quickly.
If your order is damaged in transit, you'll need to speak to your postal service.
↩️ Exchanges
We can offer exchanges in limited cases, such as if the wrong item was sent. Exchanges for different sizes or styles are not available due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
🌍 International Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for international orders at this time unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
🕒 Timeframes
Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery if there’s a problem with your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for returns or exchanges to be considered.
